Feel good in 2011

I can’t believe that it’s already almost February. They say that time gets faster the older you become. I wonder what it will be like when I am eighty (big laughs). Anyway, may your 2011 be filled with magnificent blessings of love, joy, peace and prosperity. May your soul radiate like a million stars, your heart overflow with rivers of love and your life be filled with an abundance of miracles.

It is so good to be in the space I am in. I feel excited and extremely positive about this year and have many aspirations and goals I intend on achieving. If I look back to 2010, it was a challenging year and somewhat heavy at times. There was a huge shift of energy on the first of January and I am feeling a newfound lightness. With this, I feel it will bring many possibilities and opportunities. We all have the capacity to create whatever we wish, but I feel that this year will give many of us an extra boost in being able to do this.

In saying all of this, I have decided that in all that I do this year, I am going to focus on feeling good. In focusing on what feels good automatically brings those things into one's life which create more good feelings and the cycle perpetuates in feeling good. Sounds good? I most definitely feel so.

Part of the feeling good campaign is to keep acknowledging and being grateful for all the good things in life. I keep a gratitude diary and when I write in it every day, I see incredible things being attracted into my life, with the least amount of effort. I want to encourage you to start a gratitude diary in which you can write regularly. It makes one feel so great.

Other things which make me feel good are curling up to a good book, enjoying a massage, having a pedicure or even letting a delicious Lindt chocolate ball melt in my mouth. Mmm, I do love that and it makes me feel awesome. Exercise makes me feel incredible, as well as being in nature.

I want you to ask yourself:

•    What makes me feel good?
•    What do I enjoy?
•    What do I choose to fill my space with?

Make your year even greater by focusing on what you enjoy. Many of us get caught up in the cycle of “have, do, be”. What I mean by this is that we continually want to have more money and believe that when we have more of it, then we will be happy. Or when we lose 10 kgs, then we feel better and be happy. Being stuck in that thought process is like dangling the carrot in front of the donkey who never gets to eat and enjoy it. We are never fulfilled and never find ultimate peace. When we enjoy and are be-ing happy in all that we do and have, then we automatically live our life doing what we love and have more than we ever thought possible. I call this the preferred “be, do and have” thought process. When we have fun and find the joy in all that we have, you shift the energy and attract all sorts of beautiful things which add to your happiness.

In feeling good, all those things you want to create just flow into your life ten-fold and without you realising. So, beautiful beings, go and have fun, enjoy and be.

Before I end off, why not enhance the enjoyment in your life and treat yourself to a relaxing, body, mind and soul nurturing experience with me. I work intuitively and will give you a treatment combining many forms of healing which will leave you walking on water and with more clarity on how to reach your dreams.
